The friendly wait staff ensures a warm and welcoming experience for guests. the top terrace offers a peaceful retreat, perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the views.
Some reception staff members lacked customer service skills, resulting in poor experiences for guests.

The location of this hotel was perfect - within walking distance to many Marrakech attractions and close to the center of the city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
